Storing a depleted ( less than 3.2V open voltage ) battery may damage/ shorten life/cycle permanently. Accessories (such as pocket clip, lanyards, pouch, case, charging cable, etc), normal wear and tear, drop, physical & water damages is not covered, nor is damage resulting from abuse, neglect, battery leakage or altering this product from its original state. When claiming warranty from us, buyer covers the return shipping cost to our company address and to re-ship back to buyer. However if product is self delivered and thereafter collected from our outlet in Alam Damai Cheras, Selangor there will be no shipping cost involved.
