SHIPPING & PICK-UP POLICY 

 

Thank you for your purchase. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship out your order out within 24-48 hours. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and tracking details inside.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER

You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to shipping courier provider
  2. Enter your tracking number.
  3. Press "Track now" to process

 

If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, please do not panic. This means that your parcel was just picked up by our respective courier partner and it is not scanned into the system yet. The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping

What time can pickup my order from K2 ADVENTURE

Your order will be processed within 2 business days from date of payment confirmation. Please wait for our email and/or whatsapp before collection. Collection date and time is to be referred to our retail operating time.

 

How will I know when my order is ready to be collected?

We’ll be in touch by email and/or whatsapp as soon as your order is ready to be collected.
