Warranty : 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Overdischarging or battery leakage is not covered nor is fast draining of battery while using. Please keep the voltage of all Li-Ion batteries above 3.8V for healthy storage. Recharge as soon as possible when you have run them down. Storing a depleted ( less than 3.2V open voltage ) battery may damage/ shorten life/cycle permanently. Accessories (such as pocket clip, lanyards, pouch, case, charging cable, etc), normal wear and tear, drop, physical & water damages is not covered, nor is damage resulting from abuse, neglect, battery leakage or altering this product from its original state. When claiming warranty from us, buyer covers the return shipping cost to our company address and to re-ship back to buyer.
