The multiple protection ensures the use safety and good performance of the battery; steel shell riveting technology protects the battery against damage; pressure relief vents rapidly expel internal gas.

Storing a depleted ( less than 3.2V open voltage ) battery may damage/ shorten life/cycle permanently. When claiming warranty from us, buyer covers the return shipping cost to our company Mount Xplorer Outdoor Gear and to re-ship back to buyer. However if product is self delivered and thereafter collected from our outlet in Subang Jaya there will be no shipping cost involved.
