A tough fighter

If you need to hammer on the knife it needs to be very strong. We have thought this through with a three-layer thick cast molding, and an extra thick blade, which literally, stands up against the hammer. If you choose the Hi-Vis Orange color, you can find the knife quickly when you need it. The green model is more discrete and blends in with surroundings.

The Mora Companion Heavy Duty MG carbon is one of the heavier fixed blades in the famous Companion-series by Mora. This is seen in the thicker blade and the larger handle. The edge is scandi-ground in a fairly large angle, making it more durable.

The knife is very suitable fore bushcraft- and survival. The back of the knife has not been rounded, which is to ease use of a firesteel with this knife. The knife is super sharp on delivery and also easy to sharpen. Also, the rubber handle offers a comfortable grip, so you can use this knife for long labour if necessary.

As with all carbon steel knives, it is important to pay some attention to the maintenance of this knife. Carbon steel is not stainless and therefore needs to be stored clean and dry.It comes with a dark green, plastic sheath, equipped with a sturdy belt clip.
