BELOW STATES THE TERMS OF WARRANTY PROVIDED BY THE BRANDS SOLD UNDER K2 ADVENTURE. IF YOUR ITEM IS PURCHASED FROM  K2 ADVENTURE WEBSITE OR FROM A MARKETPLACE WHERE K2 ADVENTURE, THE WARRANTY BELOW WILL APPLY. KINDLY BE INFORMED THAT PROOF OF PURCHASE (RECEIPT) IS REQUIRED WHEN CLAIMING FOR WARRANTY.

All Osprey products sold by K2 Adventure are covered under Osprey's All Mighty Guarantee. Osprey products sold by K2 Adventure  will repair for any reason. Its free of charge for any damage or defect in the products. If K2 Adventure is unable to provide a functional repair on sold products, we will replace it with another one. * Though we provide warranty for most of the circumstances, but not for any of below circumstances:

Refund Policy
We only exchange goods / repair if they are defective or damaged within 7 working days.
